An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Freelance "Working Foreman" to come and help out on a new project for this growing main contractor

The Foreman Role

The successful foreman will be at the forefront of a very interesting project in Knightsbridge, consisting of a complete refurbishment of a whole floor of an appartment building.

Project value is looking around the £500K mark, and so it's expected you'll have 2 days a week managing the project, with 3 days on the tools as well.

There is scope for the successful foreman to jump onto other projects right after the completion of this inital one, possibly leading to a nice flow of freelance work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking care of the H&S on site
  • Oganising materials
  • Use Dropbox documents for record keeping purposes
  • Keep a record of personnel on site

The Foreman:

  • Experience in High-End refurbishments is ideal
  • Construction related qualifications are not essential, but a bonus (CSCS is not essential at all)
  • Strong communication skills and client facing

Day rate - £200 - £230 per day

If you are a foreman with a passion for luxury high-end refurbishment projects and looking for an exciting new challenge, please contact Liam Howley at Brandon James.
