Reed Talent Solutions are working with Cadent Gas on the search for Workforce Management Administrator to join their fast-paced Workforce Management team.

What do you need to know about the role?

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Workforce Management team. You will be responsible for scheduling Dispatch resources to meet the demand of customer driven emergency workload within Cadent Networks.

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and our fantastic team strive to provide excellent service to those who rely on us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Duration: 12 months
  • Hourly pay rate: £12.45
  • Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm with a 36-minute lunch break
  • Start date: 27/05/2024
  • Recruitment process: telephone pre-screen and test with Reed, onsite interview with Cadent Gas

The role holder will be accountable for:

  • Use of Microsoft packages and Verint system to create and update shift patterns and planned events for the wider Dispatch team.
  • Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with both your immediate team and the wider business.
  • Liaising with our Training team and Dispatch Management team to ensure planning for success each day to deliver for our customers.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence by adhering to agreed standard operating procedures and making suggestions for ongoing improvement.
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy is essential.

We are looking for individuals who have the below qualities:

  • Ability to actively listen and communicate confidently and effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, to ensure successful relationships are established and maintained.
  • Data input skills (speed and accuracy).
  • Logical thinking with the ability to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Experience in making accurate decisions under time pressure.
  • Team player, supporting and coaching colleagues in order to achieve individual, team and departments goals and aspirations.
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft packages and Verint (where possible).
  • Able to adapt to seasonal workload demands and resourcing fluctuations.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
