Workday Manager (HR HCM) Remote / Cambridge to £100k

As a Workday Manager you will lead the management, development, systems integrations and enhancements of Workday HCM, Absence and other HR related modules. You'll build effective relationships, collaborating with HR, Payroll, the Product Owner and technical business teams to ensure the product is fit for purpose, integrates well, produces clear reporting data and meets all business requirements.

You'll have a focus on strategy and also be responsible for managing two Workday Analysts, providing guidance and subject matter expertise and help to grow the team around you, instilling a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Office / WfH Policy:

The company is based in Cambridge, although you could be fully remote from anywhere in the UK, you'll be required to attend occasional company-wide or strategic meetings (approximately 5-10 times per year).

About you:

• You have a strong knowledge of Workday HR / HCM cloud platform
• You have previous experience as a functional consultant, advising and implementing business processes changes within HR / HCM
• You have experience of delivery end-to-end workstreams
• You have advanced critical thinking, problem solving and strategic planning skills
• You have advanced analytical and problem solving abilities combined with excellent organisation, prioritisation and planning skills
• You have excellent communication, collaboration and relationship building skills
