Job Title - Workday Financials Systems Accountant

Location: Remote/Home Working (occasional travel to team meetings in London)

Salary: up to £70k

Job Type: 12 months Fixed Term Contract with potential for permanent role

As a key member, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day operational support for our finance system, focusing on Workday. **Responsibilities:**

- Work within a dynamic team dedicated to managing Workday finance system configuration and optimization.

- Provide day-to-day operational support for Workday finance users.

- Build relationships with finance colleagues across the UK and internationally.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and integrations.

- Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to understand requirements and challenges.

- Support the delivery of configuration changes and review new system features.

- Participate in and manage Workday finance-related projects.

**Key Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, computer science, or related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP system administration, configuration, and optimization.

- Familiarity with ERP finance project processes.

- Strong understanding of financial systems and business processes.

- Experience in an ERP finance system support role.

- International experience within an organization.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Additional language skills (French, German, Spanish) are a plus.

- Knowledge of data security principles and implementing security measures within Workday.

- Technical background covering multiple technologies, with a quick ability to learn new areas.
