Our division of Wines and Drinks is looking to welcome a new successful Wines & Drinks Sales Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and results-driven individual to take ownership of their sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to generate sales across various channels.
  • Maintain and grow sales volumes with current accounts.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure high-quality customer interactions and satisfaction.
  • Identify and act on opportunities for process and performance improvement.

The Company

Benoli Wholesale is an importer, wholesaler and distributor of wines, dry foods and consumable products. We are based in the North East of England and have been trading for over 18 years, dealing with more than 200 accounts on a weekly basis.

The Person

  • At least two years of successful sales experience in the wines and drinks industry.
  • Wine and drinks qualification (e.g. WSET) is highly beneficial.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and drive sales performance.
  • Excellent decision-making skills and business acumen.
  • Effective stakeholder management and ability to work well within a team.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a focus on improving processes and operations.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and committed to achieving results.
  • Comfortable in networking and social situations.
  • Full UK clean driving licence.
