Windows 11 Migration - Programme Co-Ordinator - Financial Services

4 Days a week on site - London

Paying up to £60,000

Job Description

Responsible for assisting the Programme Manager on a large scale global WINDOWS 11 deployment and future Desktop Lifecycle Management programme based in London to include:

    • Creation/ upkeep of migration schedules and liaison with global migration teams to keep accurate - using Management Studio tool & Excel
    • Develop/ upkeep of migration tracking, forecasting & reporting process for senior management - using Management Studio tool & Excel
    • Upkeep/ admin of our migration tracking tool (Management Studio) and future improvements (e.g. permissioning, working with vendor on new development requirements, liaising with project team to prioritise new requests)
    • Assist with updates to programme communications templates and presentation decks
    • Assist with Risks & Issues tracking in a project Kanban Board
    • Run quarterly retrospectives with the global project team and assist with tracking recommended actions
    • Facilitate updates to technical and project process documentation (i.e. internal project team process and procedures, training guides, how to guides for end users etc)
    • Regular status reporting via Portfolio Management system (Smartsheets)

Skillsets Details:

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent organisational skills
    • Comfortable preparing information for higher levels of management
    • Ability to cope under pressure
    • Basic project management/ project planner experience required
    • Experience with a previous large scale Windows migration project
