We are the leading providers in the UK for composite window & door systems and are Passivhaus installation specialists. Our company prides itself on sourcing innovative products, delivering quality installations and providing exceptional customer service.

Due to rapid growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Service Engineer to join our team and to contribute to our overall success.

As a window and door Service Engineer, you will be responsible for visiting clients’ premises and rectifying any installation issues or product faults, working closely with the customer service team. The role will cover all of the UK although most of our projects are based Southwest region across to Southeast Region.

What the role will involve:

  • Travelling to customer’s homes to complete installation repair jobs to a high standard (overnight stays maybe required),
  • Ensuring any parts or remedial works required are clearly and accurately stated,
  • Reporting any difficulties and service updates to the Installations Department,
  • Keeping records of work carried out,
  • Carrying out works to the highest standards of workmanship,
  • Delivering an exceptional customer service.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience working with composite, timber and aluminium window and door products
  • A background in carpentry or joinery would be highly beneficial
  • Excellent punctuality and reliability
  • Outstanding attention to detail and takes pride in producing exceptional work
  • Customer-centred approach
  • Full, clean, driving licence
  • Competent use of IT
