To achieve this, it is vital that we have Window and Door Surveyors who are quality focused, experienced, and passionate about providing excellent customer service. You should be able to undertake accurate and professional surveys to facilitate a perfect installation.

We expect you to:

  • Conduct window and door surveys.
  • Maintain an up-to-date Survey Calendar and attend all surveys as scheduled.
  • To consolidate the sale and ensure that the customer retains absolute confidence.
  • To provide information, advice, and guidance to all customers regarding the optimum solution to their needs.
  • To suggest improvements to the design where appropriate ensuring that the Clearview sales team’s integrity is protected at all times.
  • To establish and record all measurements and specifications.
  • To complete all required survey paperwork.
  • Ensure the customer is clear re the exact specification.
  • Take all required photographs.
  • Conduct the survey in line with relevant surveyor guidelines.
  • To return surveys within the prescribed and targeted timeframes.
  • To make planning applications in a timely and efficient manner.
  • To communicate with third party suppliers.
  • To raise any variations to project specification on a contract variation order and submit with the completed file.
  • To liaise with Building Inspectors if required
  • To attend installations if required.
  • To ensure customer expectations are achieved and where possible exceeded.

You will have

  • Significant surveying experience of windows and doors
  • Confidence, exceptional organisational and communication skills.
  • The drive, ambition, and determination to develop technical knowledge of the products we supply and manufacture.
  • A good eye for detail and a high level of accuracy with data entry and complex specifications.
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • The ability to prioritise your workload and meet the deadlines set.
  • A confident and engaging telephone manner.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • The ability to develop good working relationships and be a team player.
  • Good IT skills with an understanding of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • A strong focus on delivering a quality internal and external service.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong team player skills with the ability to work well on own initiative with a can-do attitude.
  • The ability to demonstrate effective time management.
  • A proactive approach to work with the ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
  • Good product knowledge of the products that are supplied by Conservatory Outlet.
  • A willingness to undertake further training with the ability to implement learning into your daily work.
  • The ability to successfully follow processes and deliver required and measurable results.
