Join an established and dedicated law firm as an experienced Wills, Trusts, and Probate Solicitor in Liverpool/Wirral. The firm are seeking a candidate with expertise in tax planning, trust advisory, trust establishment and administration, estate administration, and powers of attorney.

Responsibilities:

  • Tax Planning: Execute tax planning strategies to optimise financial outcomes for clients within the realms of wills, trusts, and probate.
  • Trust Advisory: Provide expert advice on trusts, guiding clients through various aspects such as set up, administration, and compliance.
  • Estate Administration: Oversee the administration of estates, ensuring a smooth and legally compliant process.
  • Powers of Attorney: Handle the creation and execution of powers of attorney, offering clients comprehensive legal support.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of a few years of robust experience in Wills, Trusts, and Probate. Candidates with up to 10 years PQE will be considered.
  • Expertise: Proven expertise in tax planning, trust advisory, trust establishment and administration, estate administration, and powers of attorney.
  • Qualifications: Solicitor qualification with relevant experience in Wills, Trusts, and Probate law.
