Our client is seeking an ambitious and driven Wills, Probate & Estate Planning Solicitor to join their established team in Thatcham. This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified up to 3 years PQE individual who aims to progress their career with a Legal 500 Tier 1 team and work with leaders in the field. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload while receiving support and guidance from senior team members.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse range of Private Client matters, including:
- Advising, drafting, and executing wills.
- Advising, drafting, and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Administering non-taxable and taxable estates.
- Drafting Deeds of Variation.
- Creation and administration of trusts.
- Assisting with marketing and business development.
Requirements:
- Experience in handling a wide range of Private Client matters.
- Demonstrated integrity, accountability, respect, and commitment.
- Hands-on approach with enthusiasm for business development.
- Excellence in managing all aspects of the role.
- Strong interpersonal skills to challenge, support, advise, and influence others.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others and develop and maintain good working relationships within the firm.
