About Coyle White Devine
Coyle White Devine is a niche legal practice specialising in dispute resolution. Its carefully selected team of lawyers has traditionally operated in commercial dispute resolution. However, it is now looking for an exceptional candidate to join the team and lead a brand new Wills and Probate Division.
About you and the role as our new Senior Wills & Probate Solicitor
Whilst Coyle White Devine strives to have the best in class regarding the technical knowledge of the law, they also look for the best in class when it comes to you as a human being.
Your new role in a brand new Wills and Probate team will need you to have:
- 6+ years PQE (UK Qualified Lawyer)
- Proven track record of winning Wills and Probate cases
- Proven ability to own your own caseload of probate cases varying in complexity end to end
- Motivated to develop a new specialist team within the practice
- Consistently producing excellent quality work across Private Clients, Contentious Trusts, Estates, Wills and the handling of more complex Probate matters.
- a client-focused approach with the ability to build positive relationships in a hybrid setting
- A desire to invest personally in the problems of others
- Exceptional technical knowledge of both the law and legal procedure
