Wills and Probate Solicitor 3PQE+

JDI Legal are currently working with a respected North Tyneside high street firm who are looking to strengthen their private client department.

This is a firm that has been in practice for a number of years, a very solid and secure firm with a great local reputation and excellent modern systems in place. They are a firm committed to delivering cost effective advice to their repeat client base.

The role is an expansionary and growth role which would suit a talented and motivated lawyer with 3pqe+ but those with more qualification are also welcome to apply. Ideally the role would be full time but 3-4 days will potentially be considered for the right individual given its an expansionary role, there is some flexibility to play with.

Candidates MUST be a qualified solicitor, have a proven track record of running your own caseload, can work to a fee income target and are committed to delivering a high rate of client care. You will join a small dedicated team and inherit a caseload of wills, trusts, LPA's, estate administration. There is support within the team for administrative purposes.
