Location - Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, Nottingham

Salary - 33K-38K (48K OTE) Car or car allowance, Full company benefits.

The Company:

We are an established wholesale based in the North of England who have demonstrated rapid growth over the last few years.

We have a fantastic reputation for the strength of our services into the takeaway sector and this has naturally developed more mainstream OOH/Foodservice customers including restaurants, pub groups, hotels, leisure and education.

Our turnover has almost doubled in recent years to nearly £43 Million and this has led to further continued development of our services into the take away/fast food sector.

This has included increase in our product lines, developing great logistics and distribution facilities and proving service levels that enable us to work with Foodservice clients of all sizes.

As a result we are keen to add to our sales team with professionals with the right knowledge and experience of the sector to allow us to grow sales across the North West and Midlands.

The role:

This position involves managing and developing a portfolio of wholesale/distributors specializing in Food sales to the Fast Food/Takeaway sector.

You will be responsible for managing pricing and listings with your account base and supporting with all commercial agreements.

We have a continually expanding wide range of products - so you will utilise new products on the market and marketing to grow your account base.

A high proportion of this role is home based - so although the area within which your clients are situated is quite large - you will not be travelling on a daily basis, and quite a high volume of the commercial communication can take place remotely.

In addition to managing the accounts you will also be targeted on winning new distribution partners.

This is an excellent role for a candidate who will thrive in managing distribution led accounts and is rewarded with a strong commission/bonus structure.

The Applicant:

We are seeking to speak to candidates with a strong background in Foodservice passionate about quality products and excellent service.

  • Candidates must have experience in Sales into the Fast Food / Take away sector.
  • Candidates with direct experience in sales to Fast Food / Take away customers will be of strong interest.
  • Candidates may also have a background selling into Fast Food / Takeaway distributors.
  • Candidates must have a proven track record working autonomously in the field.
