wholesale customer account advisor
Our client are a premium brand who are currently recruiting for a wholesale customer service professional to join them to manage key online accounts
Key responsibilities will be to manage the order book from order entry through to shipping whilst maintaining effective relationships internally and externally. Ensuring orders are shipped on time; or manage any issues proactively. You will manage order flow and service requests in order to meet business unit’s objectives.
This is a varied and very busy role where you will be looking after a number of designated B2B online accounts, providing high service levels at all times.
Candidates should have previous experience of working within a wholesale business, managing, and servicing wholesale accounts, ideally online, so experience with accounts such as Zalando, Amazon and other similar ecommerce businesses, is highly desirable.
