A fantastic opportunity for an experienced wet trade multi -

Permanent position -

Responsibilities:

  • plastering
  • studwork
  • drylining and plaster-boarding
  • wall tiling
  • laying vinyl flooring
  • bricklaying/rendering

To be considered for the role you will need to have

  • Ability to diagnose and undertake a repair works to domestic properties and surrounding hard areas including specifying materials required and the ability to undertake works in accordance with training and good industry practice.

  • Work within known deadlines.
  • Competent in the use of smart phone technology and PDAs, including the ability to send and receive email, calendar appointments, documents, photographs and for work scheduling purposes.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and others daily both verbally and digitally.
  • Work as part of a team and as a lone worker
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Social Housing sector
  • Full Driving licence and own tools
