Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant who is fluent in Welsh to join a vibrant educational setting in Cardiff. The successful candidate will be starting as soon as possible, with the potential for the position to become permanent.

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of daily lessons.
• Provide support to individual students or small groups to help them understand the material and complete their tasks.
• Work closely with teachers to monitor students’ progress and contribute to their academic and social development.
• Encourage students to engage in the learning process and promote a positive learning environment.
• Assist with the management of classroom resources and organisation.
• Support the teacher in managing student behaviour and maintaining a constructive classroom atmosphere.
• Participate in school meetings and training sessions.

• Fluency in Welsh is essential.
• Experience in a teaching assistant role or similar educational support position.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students.
