Permanent position.39 hours p/w (four-and-a-half-day week) 8.00-5.00 Mon-Thurs, 8.00-1.00 Friday

Due to their expansion and their investment in new systems and procedures they are now expanding their team and they see this as an exciting opportunity for them to invest in their future workforce by offering this role.

They are now seeking to recruit an experienced GTAW and GMAW stainless steel welder with previous experience of obtaining welding qualifications to join their team

Excellent quality is paramount to their product and their team of welders work diligently to ensure that strict standards are not just met but exceeded.

This is a varied role that would include:

·Reading and interpretation of engineering drawings

·Understanding of welding procedure specifications

·Producing finished products that require 100% X ray examination

·Welding of mainly 316/316L duplex stainless steels

The successful candidate will ideally be able to produce ASME IX standard welds (training and guidance will be provided) on a consistent basis but all levels of experience and standards will be considered therefore please feel free to apply and your application can be discussed in more detail.
