We are recruiting for a Welcome Service Assistant to join our team.
Our Welcome & Services Team are responsible for providing a high-quality front of house service to all colleagues and visitors to our national office, Heelis. Your day will be a mix of different activities and you’ll work closely with colleagues to get things done.
Salary: £22,698
Contract/duration: Permanent
Hours/working pattern: 8am – 4pm - Monday – Friday.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Please note this role is office based and is not suitable for hybrid working
What it's like to work hereOur central head office Heelis, is situated in Swindon, Wiltshire. We're well placed, with ample parking nearby, a shopping outlet with plenty of options for places to eat, and the town centre only a 10 minute walk away. Alternatively you can enjoy our open plan atrium space for lunch times, with our internal cafe available every day.
What you'll be doingAs part of our Welcome & Services team you’ll provide great customer service. You’ll work with colleagues to handle day-to-day queries, support our events and activities and be the friendly, professional face of our head office.
We are a small team at Welcome & Services, collaborating closely with the Facilities & Business Services teams to accomplish tasks.
In this busy environment some mornings you might be at the reception, guiding colleagues and visitors to their destinations and addressing enquiries. In the afternoons, you could be setting up our meeting spaces for events. On other mornings, you might be in the post room, and in the afternoons, you could be checking spaces to make sure they meet our presentation standards.
