Through centralising it’s functions, the company now operate efficiently and are hugely successful across UK, Ireland and Europe. There is now a huge focus on the customer, and massive investment in to the ongoing digital transformation to become an ecommerce led, customer focused business.

The Digital & Customer Insights function is expanding and are looking for a Web Analyst to join the team!

As a Web Analyst, you will be using data to develop an in-depth understanding into user behaviors, and how the interact across different products and pages on-site and in the app. Your insights will be used to drive digital and product strategy, optimize the journey, increase conversion, and enhance the user experience.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Utilising data from a variety of sources and tools to analyses and deliver insight and understand trends to do with web traffic, user behaviours
• Work in collaboration with Data Scientists and Customer Analysts to provide a hollisitci view of product and customer insights
• Support E-commerce team with A/B test analysis and driving the CRO roapmap
• Conduct user research to support data analysis and feed insights into the UX teams to support a new website build
• Integration of customer satisfaction surveys
• Managing improvements to Tag Management and data layer set up

What you need to succeed:

• Previous experience in a Web Analytics focused role
• Excellent working knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4
• Good understanding of Google Tag Manager
• Experience with session recording and/or testing tools such as HotJar, SessionCam, Optimizely, VWO etc would be desirable
• Understanding of CRO and split testing
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to pull insights and tell a story through data
