What does our Wealth department do?

M&G Wealth is an end-to-end Wealth Management business providing advice, platform, technical support and investment solutions to our clients . We believe that wealth is more than money . It's not just what you have, but what you can do with it. It's choice, knowledge, peace of mind and doing the right thing by you, for those we love and the world we all share. We are helping to close the advice gap through making advice available to more people through a range of advice solutions . We offer solutions to customers that meet their needs and offer value for money . We aim to make it easy for customers and advisers to deal with us.

What you can expect from our Internship Programme

You will get exposure to other areas through learner sessions and networking opportunities during the summer. Building your network is an important part of an internship, so each intern will be allocated a buddy from our graduate cohort, and you will also have the opportunity to attend networking and social events during your time here .

Our internship programme is a pipeline to our Graduate programme, so at the end of your internship, you will have the opportunity to apply for one of our graduate positions commencing in 2025.

What will you be doing ?

You will be working on your own projects, getting involved in team meetings, and encouraged to present your own views and ideas during your time here . Interns at M&G Plc make valuable contributions to the teams they work in and will be involved in a variety of tasks across our teams:

  • Distribution: Exposure to the how the sales process works into our UK Retail clients and the support teams that enable that process.
  • Advice: The opportunity to learn about financial services at the point where our investments meet customers .
