Location: Golders Green / Brent Cross, London
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

An international Wealth Management firm with offices worldwide is looking for a Wealth Management Administrator to join their Golders Green / Brent Cross branch. This is an opportunity to join a small, close-knit team with the support of a larger international financial services organisation.

This company offers up to 13 business closure days, in addition to the standard annual leave allowance. This is a majority office-based position, and the branch is moving to a brand-new interior designed office closer to the Brent Cross station.

To be considered you must have previous experience working within an IFA or Financial Planning firm, and working towards CII qualifications would be advantageous.

The Administrator is responsible for:

  • Liaising with clients on behalf of the wealth manager
  • Processing new business
  • Client onboarding via the back office system
  • Chasing providers
  • Producing client meeting packs
  • Assisting with client reviews
  • Monitoring and moving funds
  • General senior office management tasks such as managing rent payments
  • Overseeing the Junior Administrator
