Job Title: Water Treatment Service Chemist / Account Manager.
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire.
Salary / Benefits £35k - £50k + Benefits

A leading player within the Water Treatment / Legionella industry are now seeking to recruit a Water Treatment Service Chemist / Account Manager in the South Yorkshire region. You will be responsible for managing new and existing accounts for Heavy Industry, Commercial, and Healthcare client, ensuring to continuously promote and upsell the companies Water Treatment / Legionella services. You will also be working hands on, using onsite test kits to sample and analyse steam boilers, cooling towers, and closed systems. Our client can offer excellent company bonus, company pension scheme and generous holiday allowance.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Scunthorpe, Rotherham, Sheffield, Barnsley, Chesterfield, Matlock, Worksop, Nottingham, Mansfield, Beeston, Derby, Stoke-on-Trent, Stafford, Coalville, Lichfield, Tamworth, Leicester, Market Harborough, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Corby.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Will have a proven track record of managing client accounts alongside working hands on as a service chemist for a Water Treatment / Legionella company.
" Holding a chemistry degree / qualification would be beneficial to the role.
" Will have excellent knowledge of chemicals and dosing systems.
" Excellent IT skills.
" Able to liaise with clients / colleagues professionally.
" Able to manage workload in line with company / client needs.

The Role:
" Using onsite test kits to sample and analyse steam boilers, closed systems, and cooling towers.
" Closed system sampling, dosing, and analysis.
" Managing new and existing Heavy Industry, Commercial, and Healthcare client accounts.
" Producing quotations for work to be carried out.
" Continuously upselling and promoting the companies Water Treatment / Legionella services.
" Liaising with clients professionally, acting as first point of contact, providing continuous support and advice.
" Providing training to new and existing employees on site.
" Providing clients with detailed reports based on site findings.
" Ensuring work is carried out in compliance with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Attending meetings on site, representing the company professionally.
