Water Hygiene Engineer - Glasgow

£30,000-£35,000 + benefits

Our client, a leader in sustainability within the technical compliance sector, is seeking Water Treatment Engineers and/or Risk Assessors to deliver essential services across Scotland.

Employees of our client are committed to working in a sustainable and efficient manner, minimizing environmental impact while benefiting clients, colleagues, and communities. Safety is paramount, and all employees are expected to adhere to rigorous sustainability and health and safety policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver essential water treatment services across Scotland.
  • Adhere to rigorous sustainability and health and safety policies.
  • Execute self-delivery of all water treatment services.
  • Build trust with clients through effective interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, schedulers, and contract administrators.
  • Conduct temperature monitoring, showerhead descales, tank inspections, cooling tower maintenance, TMV servicing, water sampling, and more.
  • Undertake legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8/HSG274
  • Draw schematics
  • Provide technical support as needed
  • Ensure timely completion of paperwork and reports
  • Contribute to leading sustainable technical compliance services
