Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer.
Location: Exeter, Devon.
Salary / Benefits £22k - £35k + Training + Benefits
Our client has a leading presence within the South West, providing Water Hygiene / Legionella management services to Local Authority, Educational, Retail and Manufacturing sites. The successful candidate will have a strong background within the Water Hygiene industry, ideally working for a reputable company, ensuring client sites are complying with ACoP L8 guidelines. Our client can offer excellent company bonuses, overtime opportunities, generous pension contributions and excellent holiday allowance.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Hatherleigh, Tiverton, Exmouth, Torquay, Ilminster, Plymouth, Taunton, Bridgwater, Shepton Mallet, Trowbridge, Sailsbury, Warminster, Andover, Chippenham, Swindon, Trowbridge, Bath, Bristol , Stroud, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Cirencester.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Experience carrying L8 monitoring duties out on a mixed portfolio of sites.
" Will have a background working within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry, working in an engineering position.
" Able to communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels efficiently.
" Excellent time management skills, able to organise workload in line with client needs.
" Excellent knowledge of ACoP L8 / Health & Safety guidelines.
The Role:
" Water sampling.
" Temperature monitoring.
" TMV servicing and failsafes.
" Showerhead descales and cleans.
" CWST cleans and disinfections.
" Testing and analysis on closed systems.
" Dosing closed systems with correct chemicals upon completion of analysis.
" Updating onsite logbooks upon completion of work.
" Working in line with ACoP L8 & Health & Safety guidelines.
