Job Title: Estate/Waste Operative

Location: Edgware

Hours: Full-time, 8 am - 4 pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: £22,500 per annum

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as an Estate/Waste Operative. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and waste management within our estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting daily rotation of 1100 paladin bins
  • Driving to various locations within the estate using a company vehicle
  • Ensuring proper disposal of waste materials in accordance with regulations
  • Monitoring and reporting any maintenance issues with waste management equipment
  • Assisting with general estate maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Clean UK driving license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous experience in waste management or a similar role is desirable but not essential
