Waste Operative - Immediate Start
Temporary to 31st March 2025
Pay rate: £12.70 per hour
Hours: 36 hours weekly, Monday to Thursday 7am - 4:30pm
Location: Arbroath

Our client, a large Public Sector Organisation in Angus, is looking to recruit waste collectors to take on a temporary assignment to start immediately until 31/03/25.

This is heavy duty labouring and you will be required to work outdoors in all weathers, therefore, we are ideally looking for people who enjoy working outdoors. Experience is desirable however full training will be provided along with a full PPE.

Responsibilities:
  • Working as part of a team
  • Collecting rubbish
  • Street Sweeping
  • Working in local recycling centres
  • Delivering waste bin liners and other projects as assigned
  • Operating the bin lorry
  • Driving licence will be advantageous
