Posted 20 March by Sust-N Limited
Featured Ended

Sust-N is a business focused on delivering Sustainable Waste Control solutions for clients. Many organisations generate waste streams that are very expensive and not sustainable to dispose of due to the Hazardous or Offensive nature of that particular waste type; such as Clinical, Pharmaceutical, Anatomical or Cytotoxic Waste

The Sust-N Behavioural Change Team works closely with the Client to ensure they are following their Waste Policy and the HTM 07 01; and segregating and disposing of their waste correctly at source. This is achieved through auditing, observing behaviours, providing feedback, training, reporting and data analysis..

Sust-N’s philosophy is that it will provide a compliant, safe and environmentally friendly service to all of our Clients. We generally have our process operations situated on NHS service provider properties so it is essential that we not only adhere to our own policies but also embrace all Client policies as they relate to our daily operations

Sust-N operates in an extremely competitive market place. More importantly, we operate in a heavily regulated industry where Environmental Compliance and Health and Safety are key factors in achieving our goals. We rely entirely on our reputation and people to operate ethically and safely within the NHS and Private Health Sectors. We depend on the skills of our employees to achieve our business objectives and to uphold our reputation for the services we provide to them. We are committed to helping employees perform well in their role and will encourage and support all employees who demonstrate the ability and desire to succeed and advance within our company

Our company is searching for a Waste & Behavioural Change Compliance Officer who can monitor Waste Stream disposal to ensure that the proper managed processes are being used. The Officer will be responsible for promptly identifying instances of Non Compliance and communicating these Non Compliances to those responsible persons whilst offering guidance & training to ensure Compliance is achieved.
