Day-to-Day Duties:
  • Handle warranty claims with a smile, providing top-notch customer service.
  • Keep records squeaky clean by accurately documenting service requests and warranty information.
  • Dive into data entry and administrative tasks with gusto, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Investigate and resolve any warranty issues like a detective on a mission!
  • Communicate efficiently with customers and team members to keep everyone in the loop.
What you need:
  • A bubbly personality with a knack for making customers feel heard and valued.
  • Previous experience in a warranty/service admin role
  • Strong attention to detail—you spot mistakes before they happen!
