Warehouse Team Leader - Morning Shift

Warehouse Team Leader -7am-3pm Monday to Friday (Some weekend work if required)

An opportunity has arisen to join a very stable and growing business within Milton Keynes.

Summary of duties:

• Manage a team of Operatives in a busy warehouse ensuring KPI’s are met.
• Maintain and improve working procedures.
• Prioritising staffing assignments to ensure customer demand and targets are met.
• To deputise for the Warehouse Manager and other Team Leaders when required.
• Provide accurate management information.

Experience/skills:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a fast paced, high- volume environment
• Have worked within a computerised warehouse/WMS.
• FLT licences an advantage
• A motivational character who very much leads by example
