Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader

Location: Basildon

Hours: 4 on 4 off, 0700-1900

Salary: £13.05 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Communicate and plan with Manager/senior Supervisor:

• Plan workloads and delegate tasks effectively.

• Create work schedules to optimize team productivity in the Warehouse.

• Schedule routine tasks to maintain operational efficiency.

• Create a productive work environment for the team, fostering collaboration and motivation.

• Assist with the daily operation of the organization, including coordinating activities and resolving operational issues in the Warehouse.

• Track inventory levels and report any issues to Manager/senior Supervisor, ensuring adequate stock availability.

• Monitor Health & Safety procedures and protocols, reporting any issues or concerns the the Warehouse promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced Warehouse environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and procedures.
