We have ongoing requirements for part time Warehouse Operatives, based in Norfolk & Suffolk

As a Warehouse Operative with FLT experience, you'll be at the forefront of operations, making sure the warehouse runs like a well-oiled machine. Here's what you'll be doing.
- FLT Mastery: Manoeuvring a Forklift Truck like a pro to handle materials safely and efficiently.
- Order Perfection: Picking, packing, and preparing orders with precision to ensure our customers get exactly what they need, when they need it.
- Inventory Wizardry: Keeping track of stock levels and maintaining organised storage areas to streamline our processes.
- Safety Champion: Being a stickler for safety, following protocols to the letter and championing a culture of workplace safety.
- Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and fulfil customer orders in a timely manner.
- Assisting with other duties as needed to support the smooth functioning of the warehouse.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Operative, with Forklift Truck (FLT) experience.
- Valid FLT license/certification is required.
- Confident working autonomously and without supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects safely.
