Warehouse Operative

Our client is looking to recruit several warehouse operatives to work within a well-established company based in Stafford, we are looking for motivated candidates who have an eye for detail and want to learn new skills and can gain new experiences to progress within their career.

Previous experience on an assembly line or experience with mechanics would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.

Job Responsibilities:

As a warehouse operative your duties will include:

• Working on a moving production line
• Working on timed processes which can vary between 6 minutes and 1.5 hours
• Using Hand air tools to help build their world-famous products
• Working as part of a team to reach deadlines

Essential:

The candidate must have access to a car due to the nature of the role.

All Training Is Provided

Shifts: Days and Nights as you will be on a shift rotation, 39 hours per week.

Full time only

Rate of Pay:

£11.44 Pay rise completing 12 weeks. Overtime is paid after 39 hours paid at time and a half. Premiums for nights.
