Warehouse Operative

Challenge-trg Recruitment are currently seeking Warehouse Operatives to join our established distribution centre in Marston Gate, Junction 13, MK43 0ZY. We are looking for driven and hardworking people to work in fantastic working conditions in a friendly environment with plenty of opportunity to progress in the future. You will be working in a warehouse dealing with high street sportswear products.

**Due to the location of the warehouse, you will need to have your own transport to get there**

Full Time Role:

• 14:00pm until 22:00pm
• Shift pattern: Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday

Pay rate as a Warehouse Operative:

• £12.60 per hour- for basic hours / £18.90 per hour - overtime rate, paid after 40 hours are completed in one week.
• Breaks: 30 minutes paid break

Duties as a Warehouse Operative:

• Picking, packing, loading, unloading, moving, storing, palletising products.
• Managing received goods or goods for dispatch.
• Keeping accurate records, either paper-based or on a computer.
• Complying with health and safety requirements.
• Labelling items
• Clean & go policy
• Maintaining equipment
