Warehouse Operative

Our client in Kingston (KT1), who is a specialist medical care product manufacturer, is looking to recruit a Picker Packer.

This position involves working within a small team, picking and packing medical products & ensuring they are correctly labelled and packaged for distribution.

Salary & Benefits:
* £11.50
* 10:00- 14:00
* Monday- Friday
* Weekly pay
* Ongoing temp

Duties:
* Following codes to locate materials and parts to accurate pick orders
* Making boxes and correctly labelling to be sent
* General labouring, assisting with goods in and out
* Helping keep work area clean and tidy at all times
* There may be some manual handling and heavy lifting, please bare this in mind
* Accurately preparing customer orders using machine
* Packing items and preparing for delivery
* Breaking down and making boxes
* General additional warehouse duties
* Making boxes and correctly labelling to be sent

The ideal candidate:
* Previous experience picking and packing at pace and using light machinery
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Knowledge and understanding of manual handling techniques.
* Able to perform physical requirements of the role.
* A precise and time measured approach to tasks and activities.
* Committed to achieving results.
* Able to work to deadlines.
