Job Title: Warehouse Operative - Alternative Weekly Shifts

Location: Gillingham, UK

Shifts: Alternative Weekly Shifts - 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM // 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Pay: £11.50 per hour

Job Description:

We are currently seeking dedicated Warehouse Operatives to join thier team. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include sorting, picking, packing, and performing general warehouse duties according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Sort incoming shipments and allocate items to designated storage areas.

Accurately pick orders according to provided instructions.

Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring they are protected during transit.

Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Flexibility to work alternative weekly shifts, including early mornings and evenings.
