Location: Lee-on-Solent

Salary: £up to £30000 plus fantastic benefits! 

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8AM-5PM, Friday 8AM-4PM
 
Dynamite Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a client based in Lee-on-Solent that are looking to recruit an additional person to join their business .
This is a very unique position whereby we are looking for someone who is keen to "own this position" and who is happy to support with various tasks on a daily basis  making this a varied role.

Within this position you will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Assisting within the warehouse , completing various warehouse duties
  • Dealing with goods in and goods out 
  • Assisting the services engineers on call outs 
  • Completing deliveries and collecting materials 
  • Processing returns using the internal computer system 
  • Managing Stock control using the computer system 
  • Stock allocation- updating other departments on any issues related to customers orders 
  • Raising Purchase orders on the computer system
  • Maintenance - repairing necessary equipment. 
  • Checking and packing customer orders
  • Hazardous goods packaging and labelling. 
  • Loading customers orders onto carrier when required.
  • Unloading container deliveries as required.
  • Provide additional support to other departments. 
  • Assist with preparation of equipment for large contracts and projects 
  • Replenish stock levels ready for picking
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
  • Over time this role will develop and you will be responsible for overseeing hire control 
 Ideally you will have:
  • Experience in a warehouse previously would be preffered 
  • Will have been in a role where you have completed various tasks / had to multitask 
  • Full UK clean driving license. (for delivery purposes )
  • Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting. 
  • Competent computer skills (Microsoft packages) 
  • Will be handy with tools / handy man / maintenance
  • Will have drive to really make this your own role
