Challenge-trg Recruitment is currently hiring for Co-op in Biggleswade, SG18 8YY for Warehouse Operatives.

Pay Rates & Shifts as a Warehouse Operative:

• DAY SHIFT RATE: (6am-2pm) from £11.82 to £19.51ph Weekdays: £11.82 Weekends: £13.60p/h
• BACK SHIFT RATE: (2pm-10pm) from £13.60 to £19.51ph Weekdays: £13.60 Weekends: £15.38 p/h
• NIGHT SHIFT: (10pm-6am) from £14.78 to £19.51ph Weekdays: £14.78 Weekends: £16.56p/h
• Fixed O/T Rate: £17.73p/h over 37.5hrs per week.

Your role as a Warehouse Operative:

• You will be working in both departments, ambient & chilled (Freezer tbc)
• Pick items using a voice activated pick system Operate LLOP (full training provided)
• Maintain and support wider team to ensure high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety Achieve pick rate targets set for the team - 88%
• Contribute to performance and productivity targets set for staff
• Remain focused under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
