**Potential start date - 22 April 2024**

Pay rates:

• Day shift (Mon-Fri) - £11.82 p/h
• Back shift (Mon-Fri) - £13.60 p/h

Weekends:

• Day shift - £13.60 p/h
• Back shift - £15.38 p/h

Overtime:

• Overtime (Mon - Fri) - £17.73 per hour | Overtime (Sat & Sun) - £19.51 per hour
• Overtime paid after 37.5h of work completed.

Shifts pattern: FRIDAY - MONDAY 06:00 - 16:00 WORKING IN THE CHILL ENVIRONMENT ONLY

Your role as a Warehouse Operative:

• Work in a temperature-controlled environment- Chill (2-5 degrees Celsius)
• Pick items using a voice activated pick system
• Operate LLOP (full training provided)
• Operate PPT (full training provided)
• Maintain and support wider team to ensure high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety
• Achieve pick rate targets set for the team - 89%
• Contribute to performance and productivity targets set for staff
• Remain focused under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
