Warehouse Operative - Consumer

About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join our outstanding Consumer Warehouse team based on-site in Bicester, to fulfil our customer orders in accordance to specification issued by the Team Leader & Consumer Warehouse Manager, while upholding outstanding service excellence!

The successful candidate will be required to work on site in Bicester Monday - Friday.

Day to day responsibilities will include

• Ensure correct palletisation of products and volumes of stock are prepared for despatch by repackaging and re-labelling.
• (If trained), you will support the Consumer team in Forklifting duties by using the Reach truck and carry out any additional tasks in support the business, which may occasionally fall outside the day to day deliverables.
• Adhere to Health & Safety instructions & maintain good housekeeping, providing a safe working environment.
• Ensuring the work area is clean and tidy while participating, embracing and continuously developing in order to achieve the principles of a High Performance Organisation in line with the BRITA values.

About you

• You will be motivated, reliable & methodical with the ability to remain calm under pressure and be comfortable to seek out support when required.
• You'll be an outstanding team player and enjoy working as part of a collaborative & supportive team in a fast paced, family orientated organisation.
• Licensed Reach Truck would be desirable however not essential as we can offer training.
