We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will have a key role in maintaining and running our warehouse operations efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing stock: Keeping track of inventory and ensuring that stock levels are maintained.
  • Dispatching goods: Preparing and sending out goods as per the orders received.
  • Packing goods: Ensuring goods are packed securely and ready for dispatch.
  • Wrapping pallets: Safeguarding goods by wrapping pallets before they are dispatched.
  • Preparing dispatch paperwork: Making sure all the necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Assisting in the warehouse: Helping with various tasks in the warehouse as required.
  • General duties in the stores department: Assisting with various tasks in the stores department as needed.
  • Maintaining computerized systems: Keeping the computerized systems for stock control and dispatch labels up-to-date.
  • Overseeing outgoing goods: Managing the process of goods going out of the warehouse.
  • Maintaining safety standards: Ensuring all work is carried out in a safe manner, adhering to the company’s health and safety policies.

This role requires previous experience in a warehouse environment, particularly in stores or dispatch. The position is permanent, with a 40-hour work week from Monday to Friday.
