Summary:
An experienced senior warehouse manager is required to join this FMCG distribution centre in South Wales. You will oversee all the operational activities of a large team whilst promoting a Health and Safety culture and maintaining high standards at all times in this customer centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage the warehouse operations and ensure output targets are met.
  • Manage 3 shift team managers and provide ongoing training and development.
  • Take responsibility for budget management.
  • Conduct team briefings.
  • Ensure Health and safety and other legal requirements are met at all times.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement for the quality of operations.
  • Report accurate KPI information


Experience:

  • Excellent understanding of FMCG warehousing operations and compliance
  • Experience of volume and cost planning
  • WMS experience and PC skills
  • High level of initiative, focus and commitment.
  • Previous management of large teams c200 staff
  • Excellent people management skills
