Now, we're looking for motivated individuals like you to join our team in Haverhill as a Warehouse Material Handler.

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 17:00 , Friday: 08:00 - 14:00

Pay: £12.82

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently handle materials within the warehouse, including loading, unloading, and stacking boxes.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to transport materials to designated areas.
  • Utilise computer systems and radios for effective communication with team members.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure a safe and efficient work flow.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety legislation to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Work effectively and calmly under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Possess a valid Forklift Reach and Counterbalance licence.
  • Ability to carry out heavy lifting duties, ensuring the safe movement of boxes.
  • Experience using computer systems and radios for effective communication.
  • Comfortable working on your feet all day, staying active and energetic.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining focus and attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of Health and Safety legislation, adhering to guidelines for a secure working environment.
  • Strong teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Full-time working pattern, ensuring regular hours and consistent pay.
