What is expected?

The main focus of the role will be overseeing the efficient running and control of the warehouse operation , dealing with queries, incoming and outgoing stock along with managing a team.

You will play a vital role in ensuring high quality standards are maintained working in a collaborative setting alongside a supportive & talented senior management team.

This is a strategic role managing the planning, coordination and general management of the warehouse along with leading from the front with a 'hands on’ approach’ fostering an ethos of excellence.

What would make you a perfect fit?

Proven exposure managing a warehouse operation is essential

Strong communication and people management skills to develop and grow a team

Competent in IT skills, such as spreadsheet management and warehouse database systems

Exposure of lean working practices and methodologies would be advantageous.
