Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and ensuring the efficient use of space and resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise warehouse staff
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy
  • Oversee shipping and receiving of goods
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures
  • Oversee the maintenance of equipment and facilities
  • Analyse data to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of inventory levels and warehouse activities to senior management

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role
  • Proven track record of success in managing inventory, shipping and receiving, and warehouse operations
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • Experience in managing a team of warehouse staff
