• Managing and leading a team of warehouse operatives throughout the night shift.

• Overseeing the receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of retail products.
• Implementing health and safety procedures to ensure the safety of all employees.
• Training and developing team members to achieve their full potential.
• Resolving any issues or disputes which may arise during the shift.
• Maintaining accurate records and providing regular reports to senior management.
• Continually striving to improve processes and procedures within the warehouse.
