Are you an experienced warehouse manager looking to use your strong organisational and time management skills in a brand new role with a company who will provide outstanding industry specific training and a great work / life balance?

On offer is the opportunity to join a small yet very successful company who provide a comprehensive Spares & Logistics support service to both Civil & Military operators, operating both Fixed & Rotary Wing Platforms. The company started up over 25 years ago and are looking for an extra pair of hands to join the team of experts, ensuring their excellent reputation is upheld whilst workload is increasing.

In this role you will be managing the receipt, storage and distribution of aviation parts, equipment and supplies. You will be reporting to the Managing Director, ensuring accurate inventory management and regular stock checks are conducted.

This role would suit warehouse and / or logistics manager looking to jump into an autonomous and extremely valued role within a small and sturdy company.

The role:

• Developing and implementing efficient warehouse procedures and workflows to optimise productivity and minimise errors
• Coordinating with supplies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies
• Maintaining compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards
• Continuously evaluating and improving warehouse and logistic processes to enhance efficiency and cost effectiveness

The person:

• Experience in warehouse management and / or logistics operations
