This job role will be split 50/50 with warehouse work and office work meaning the candidate needs to be physically fit and also computer literate.

Ideal but not essential experience
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems or similar software
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes

Duties

To gather the product returns daily and book them back into a custom built system,

After returns are logged the information is passed over to the central customer services team so any due refunds can be processed.

Where requested or required to provide spare parts to the customer

Provide product information or parts and process to the customer when needed via their enquiry source

Advice and assistance will always be available from department Manager but the bulk of this role will be stand alone.

It would be beneficial if the candidate has experience with selling on eBay as this will be a huge part of their day-to-day tasks.

Process incoming and outgoing shipments in a timely and accurate manner
