The Company you’ll work for:

We are proudly representing our client based in Shildon for their search for a Warehouse Administrator. They now have an immediate requirement to recruit for a temporary to permanent assignment to start as soon as possible.

The Hours You’ll Work;

  • 08.30am -16.30pm Monday - Friday.

The job you’ll do:

  • Taking responsibility for all administrative tasks
  • Ensuring all health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Maintaining and improving systems and processes
  • To work in a very busy transport office of a Finished goods warehouse.
  • Working well under pressure within tight deadlines.
  • Experience in working within a fast-paced warehouse environment a plus.
  • IT skills essential. Will need to work on ERP system Oracle, Microsoft word, Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft teams etc.
  • Excellent communication skills a must.
  • Knowledge of the transport of dangerous goods by road and air preferred but not essential, as training will be given.
  • Willing to work overtime when required. Possibility of shift work if required in the future.

About you:

  • Strong administration skills
  • Must be IT literate
  • Ideally a background in a Warehouse
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail
