My client is an extremely well-established 3PL provider, operating out of many depots across the UK and we are delighted to support in their search for an experienced Warehouse Admin Supervisor to join and lead the team at their site near Snetterton.
 
You will be playing a supportive role for the warehouse operations teams, ensuring that all administration tasks are completed accurately in this vibrant and fast-paced delivery operation. This is a key role ensuring all site operations run smoothly & efficiently.
 
Monday – Friday
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement general administrative processes and procedures and ensure they are being adhered to in an efficient and effective manner to deliver a world class service.
  • Managing outgoing and incoming customer calls and managing email ordering systems.
  • Develop any appropriate databases necessary to collate information required and ensure data is being checked and reconciled where appropriate to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Following up on all enquiries via calls and emails.
  • To keep track of timesheets and to collect and record hours from staff
  • Administer systems for overtime, deductions, anomalies/ Staff Inductions / Holidays /staff records etc.
  • Updating weekly and monthly spreadsheets
  • Continually audit the accuracy of information held to ensure standards are being adhered to.
  • Deal and liaise with other depots.
  • Ensure any complaint logged and dealt with by the appropriate person
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Setting up meeting rooms, catering and drinks
  • Reception, signing in visitors checking Identity etc.
 
Key Skills:
  • Experience working in a customer service led & administrative role.
  • Ability to be organised to prioritise workload.
  • Managing, leading and developing a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to organise, administer, plan and prioritise effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible in their approach.
