Description

  • Coordinate, manage and track cases of vulnerable customers.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to address and resolve issues.
  • Ensure all customer interactions align with the company's mission and values.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
  • Report on case progress, customer feedback, and improvements made.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Promote a culture of high-quality customer service within the team.

Profile

A successful 'Vulnerable Customer Coordinator' should have:

  • Experience in customer service, especially within a call centre environment.
  • Strong empathy and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
